I had a great stay overall. The hotel is in a convenient location, perfect for visiting Warwick university and easy to find. The rooms were comfortable, but there was a mishap with the room type, causing some noise from adjacent rooms. The service was excellent, with friendly staff and complimentary hot drinks, although reheating food required extra effort.
